Why New Hampshire?

In New Hampshire, you’re free to hire or have represent you any person you wish during legal proceedings. This is rare, in that most States require an attorney or self-representation only.

New Hampshire has consistantly had the lowest teen birth rates according to the Center for Disease Control. At 19 in 1000 births, the trend continued in New Hampshire during 2008.
